ava's nursery

Ava’s nursery is our new favourite room in the house. The soft pinks & floral accents is exactly what I had envisioned her room to be. The best part is... she is finally here with us to fill up the space in her sweet, little sanctuary💕

I have received a ton of messages about Ava’s nursery and wanted share with you all some of the fab finds that make her room special... & complete!

When my hubby reno-ed our house last winter, we  painted all of the rooms in our house Classic Gray by Benjamin Moore (thanks Jillian Harris)! It is the perfect neutral colour and I absolutely love it. I wanted to keep the walls a neutral colour and just build off of the simplicity of her room and add soft + feminine accents!

  1. Rocky Mountain peony wall decals

These were the first items I purchased for her nursery so that I could build off of the colours within the flowers! They are SO easy to install...although if you are anything like me (super indecisive) you’re going to need someone to stick them for you...so you can stand back and direct/admire (lol)!

  1. IKEA Tullsta chair

We had this chair (in gray) for Brayden’s nursery. I bought a new, white cover & transferred it to baby girls room!

  1. Pink Ottoman

From Chapters... super plush, super cute... and needless to say, Brayden is obsessed with it! Here is a similar one from Bouclair.

  1. Pink area rug

From Target... super soft, perfect size and the perfect shade of soft pink! Check our Target's 'pink' rug selection... sooo dreamy!

  1. Gallery wall

  • Mirror, gold picture frame & ‘believe’ sign is from Homesense

  • Swan & gold heart is from Target

  • Ava Rose sign is from Urban Playground Designs! Karen is local and is so SO talented! Check her out on Etsy!

A few things I love from her room...

Can't wait to show you Brayden's big boy room!!

With love, Chels
